Return Policy

At BUNSnBRIEFS we are committed to ensuring that you are happy with your purchase. We sincerely hope that you’ll be pleased with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange something. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges of UNWORN, UNLAUNDERED AND UNOPENED (skincare products) products in their original packaging with the original tags intact. NO EXCEPTIONS. You may return products within 15 days of purchase date. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact. Due to health code regulations, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from purchase date.

We will process your return / exchange within 10 business days after receipt of return and notify you once we have processed your request. All sale items are final sale and are not returnable.

Return / Exchange Shipping Fees
Please note, you are responsible for return shipping fees and we do not refund the original shipping costs. . If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error. If you requested a refund, we will process it on the original credit/debt card used for the purchase. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply to your exchanged product and will be billed to your credit card.

How To Return Your Purchase
Please follow these steps to successfully return your purchase:

• Email customerservice@bunsnbriefs for return authorization #.
• To return/exchange a product that you purchased from BUNSnBRIEFS include a note with the following:
  
  
  1. Return Authorization #
  2. Your full name
  3. A valid email address
  4. Your shipping address and telephone number
  5. A copy of BUNSnBRIEFS original packing slip
  6. If exchanging for another product, please indicate the item you are exchanging for.
     
     
• Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. This is the original brand packaging in which each item is wrapped.
• If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, it is not eligible for return. Please use a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit sent back to us.
• To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary. Many carries offer low cost ground shipping and allow you to trace your delivery

Return Fees (if applicable):
Sometime your return may be subject to a fee. Following are the situations under which these fees may apply:

• If return is accepted,  Orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• If you received Free Shipping and no longer met the requirements for free shipping, the shipping charges will be deducted from your return.
• Credit will be applied upon receipt and verification of return.
